Mantra came to us with early traction—and a clear opportunity. Their patented signature collar and fresh take on golf attire had won over a loyal community, but their branding hadn’t caught up. A DIY Canva logo, pared-back website, and generic black-and-white identity didn’t reflect their bold perspective on a legacy sport or their plans to expand into women’s apparel.
The challenge: evolve Mantra’s look and feel into something as unique as their product—confident, colorful, and ready to stand out—while staying true to what had already been working.
We partnered with the Mantra team to build a dynamic brand strategy that wove together their many narratives: travel and exploration, community, and their reimagining of golf culture. The result was a brand that felt unapologetically theirs—not a departure, but a bold step into what they had already created.
Visually, we infused the identity with vibrant color, distinctive typography, and packaging that demanded attention, balancing edge with approachability. The new system was built to scale—supporting the men’s line that had gained traction while carving space for a women’s line that would expand the brand’s reach.
Since launch, the impact has been immediate:
Women’s Instagram community grew to 8K+ followers within months
Branded activations debuted at their first in-person golf event
Presence at tradeshows positioned them alongside Malbon, Fore All, and Callaway—garnering recognition from PGA Tour
Attended cornerstone events like the U.S. Open with a clear, elevated presence
