OVERVIEW

Musely came to us at a pivotal moment. Their prescription skincare platform had gained traction—but the brand hadn’t kept pace with its rapidly evolving audience. The challenge: reimagine a telehealth brand that balances clinical credibility with warmth, while visually evolving from bright and bubbly into something more grounded, mature, and enduring.

We partnered closely with the Musely team to develop a full brand evolution—one that brings together science, care, and approachability in equal measure.

Inspired by the ease of modern farmhouse interiors, we introduced a visual language rooted in clean lines, tactile materials, and natural tones. Clinical, but never cold. Warm, without being overly feminine. The new brand identity reflects a sense of home—safe, trustworthy, and modern—mirroring the experience of receiving expert care without ever leaving your house.

On the website and across packaging, we refined the user experience to feel effortless and informed, building trust at every touchpoint.

The rebrand launched to measurable momentum:

  • 10% increase in add-to-cart

  • 10% increase in user dwell time

  • 15% increase in email click-through-rate

  • Surge in interest from editors, press, and prospective investors
