You’re not stuck making less because of your skill, you’re stuck because your structure keeps stealing all your profit.

You’re working nonstop, raising your rates and staying booked but are still left wondering why it never adds up.

Most designers feel stuck growing their business because they’re trying to fix it with more effort, not better structure.

It feels like you’re constantly adjusting by introducing new offers, new prices, and new marketing to get higher paying clients, just hoping something will finally click. On the outside, you sound and look confident but on the inside, you’re questioning everything. Is my work actually good enough? Should I learn more? Charge more? Niche more?

You pour hours into every project, overdelivering to make clients happy in hopes that it will attract “better” clients next time, but the full payoff never ends up panning out. You raise your rates, turn clients away to “hold your worth,” then panic when inquiries slow down. You scroll, compare, and wonder how everyone else seems to be doing it right.

It feels like you’re always evolving, but never arriving.

Here’s the good news, friend, it doesn’t have to stay this way. When your business is structured for profit instead of perfection, everything changes. You stop questioning if you’re doing enough and finally see your effort turn into more income instead of continued exhaustion.

If you’re here, it’s because you’ve already built something good. Your work is solid and you have a strong reputation but the way you are running your business is stunting you.

You’re booked, but you’re burning out. You’re making money, but not keeping enough of it. You’ve created demand, but it’s not with enough clients that have the type of budget you want to work with.

Deep down, you know the answer isn’t about working harder or doing more because you’ve tried that already. You are literally doing and trying it all right now. So where do you go from here?

I’m imagining my past self sitting across from me as I say this to you – you have arrived at the next stage, friend, the stage where you don’t have to do more to make more. You’ve done the hard work to get here. You’ve proven your talent, your drive, and your incredible ability to make things happen even when it shouldn’t have worked. But this next chapter isn’t about holding it all together on sheer effort anymore.

What if you…

✔ Stopped chasing “the next level” and started living it by finally working less, earning more, and feeling comfortable in what you’ve built

✔ Woke up to a calendar that finally had space for you to think, create, and breathe, without your revenue dipping

✔ Delivered some of your best work in less time, and watched clients fall more in love with it because of the clarity behind it

✔ Knew exactly what to charge, how to structure it, and when to take on work so your income felt predictable, not pressured

✔ Confidently charged $4k for one day of focused, valuable work

The truth is, most designers stay stuck in the messy middle because they’re trying to build a bigger business on a broken model.

→ They keep raising rates without addressing the lack of margin underneath.
→ They think doing better work will make them more money, when it actually just takes more time.
→ They believe the only way to grow is by working harder even though the real shift happens when you work smarter.

Most designers are laser focused on wanting to make more money. You want to raise your rates, land bigger clients, keep your current process and have consistent $10k projects in the books. But more often than not, that thinking is what keeps you stuck in the same loop because making more isn’t the same as keeping more.

Profitability is what you’ve been chasing without realizing it.

It’s the moment your business starts giving back as much as you’ve been putting in. It’s clarity in your calendar, more money that you get to keep, and freedom to design without the panic of what’s next.

That’s exactly what the Design Business Accelerator teaches you: a structure that finally lets your time, pricing, and process work together to support your next level.

And the way we do that? Design Intensives. Not the oversimplified versions you’ve seen floating around, but the real framework I invented before intensives were ever even a thing. The nuanced process that helps designers deliver their best work in days instead of weeks, without sacrificing any quality or income.

Because intensives aren’t about adding another service to your menu, they’re about building smarter foundations that make the bigger business you’re working so hard to build, actually possible.

Design Business Accelerator is the only profit-focused course built specifically for designers, created by the designer who invented the Brand Intensive model in the first place.

Inside, you’ll learn how to rebuild your design process for profit and margin using the same proven framework that transformed my own studio from constant, misguided effort to consistent five-figure months that come in easily.

No more guessing at it and no more generic “charge more” advice. Just clear, practical structure that finally lets your income and your effort line up.

This isn’t another course full of surface-level systems or templates.

The WAS Method™ is at the foundation of everything I teach and is the exact approach that helped me get out of the messy middle and into the thriving studio you see today.

It’s what turns design intensives from a quick-service idea into a real business shift that will help you scale long term and allow you to step into the creative leader you know you’re meant to be. It’s the system that shows you why your numbers haven’t been working so you’ll leave as a more empowered and confident business owner.

The WAS Method ™

Worth: We start by rebuilding trust in your business. You’ll finally understand what your time is actually worth by learning how to calculate your profit and price based on data, not guesses or industry standards. No more people-pleasing through over delivering or wondering if your prices are too high or too low.

Alignment: Then we realign your offers, pricing, and process to reflect the kind of business (and life) you actually want. You’ll adopt a model that supports your energy, your goals, and the clients who value your work most.

Strategy: Finally, we implement. You’ll learn the full structure of how to sell, deliver, and refine design intensives the right way, with built-in systems that create consistent income, happy clients, and space to grow.

What if the intensive model doesn't align with the way I approach my design process?

You’re not alone, that’s exactly what I thought too.

When I first heard about day rates, I wrote them off. I was so proud of how in-depth my process was and I knew I needed time and space for the ideas to come to me. Underneath it all, I believed the time I spent made my work valuable. I cared deeply about the creative exploration, the strategy decks, the revisions, the details…all of it. I couldn’t imagine how something that took me weeks or even months could be done in a day.

But I kept staying stuck and when I finally had had enough, I looked at it honestly and I realized that all that extra time wasn’t always what moved the needle for my clients. It was a process that catered to me, not them. What they really needed was clarity, confidence, and a brand they could start using now. And to be real, the process actually wasn’t working all that well for me either because I wasn’t getting paid enough for it.

That’s when I stopped trying to squeeze my old process into less time and started rethinking how I worked altogether.

Because intensives aren’t about rushing your current process or cutting corners. They’re about focusing on what actually creates results for clients and thinking like a studio owner, not a freelancer. It’s not about designing fast and cramming it all in, it’s about being more efficient and systematic for lower budget projects so that you can have space to raise your rates on your full projects. You don’t have to get rid of your more spacious process all together, but your business can’t afford for you to keep going on like you have been.

The Accelerator shows you exactly how to do this. To simplify without sacrificing, to refine without losing depth, and to finally build a process that serves both you and your clients better.

Who is the Accelerator for?

Meet Jenna

Hi, I’m Jenna, founder and creative director of White & Salt, a creative agency based in San Diego that I started 10 years ago.

Unlike most educators in this space, I didn’t leave client work to start coaching. White & Salt is still a working agency which means everything I teach inside the Accelerator is built from systems, strategies, and structures that are actively used in a real studio every day. Over the last few years, we’ve scaled to a half–million–dollar agency with a team of seven, working with founders in the beauty, wellness, and fashion space. We book $30K+ projects right alongside $4K design intensives every month.

But what I’m most proud of is that I don’t work around the clock to do it. I get to pick my 3 kids up from school, have dinner with my family, and still love what I do.

I’ve also worked with hundreds of design clients who are growing studios of their own. We work together to not just make more money, but build businesses that feel good, stay sustainable, and leave room for life, creativity, and growth.

Everything I teach inside the Design Business Accelerator comes straight from how we operate inside White & Salt today — real strategies, real numbers, and the working intensive structure that made it all possible.
